🎉 HOBA Lucky Dip — 9 Scholarship Winners Announced

HOBA Tech is delighted to announce the nine winners of our 9-Year Anniversary Lucky Dip — nine full scholarships to the Certified HOBA Business Transformation Architect programme.

We received thousands of high-quality applications from across the world. To make the process absolutely fair and transparent we ran the draw live — a HOBA-branded spinning-wheel draw that selected winners at random on our livestream. The draw used cryptographic randomness and a timestamped audit log so the outcome is verifiable.

What each winner receives
Each winner has been awarded a full scholarship seat on the Certified HOBA Business Architect programme. The scholarship includes:

• Full enrolment in the Certified HOBA Business Architect course (training modules, course materials and assessments).
• Priority onboarding and a dedicated welcome call with a HOBA course lead.
• Early access to HOBA Pro AI (Private Beta) before the public release — an AI toolkit designed to accelerate your transformation work.
• HOBA certification on successful completion plus membership in the HOBA community.

Why we ran this

This scholarship was awarded in support of HOBA’s mission to democratise business transformation — to make professional transformation skills accessible and affordable for practitioners everywhere, not just large organisations. We also used this opportunity to introduce our new 12-month and 24-month payment plans, designed to make certification and lifelong learning financially accessible without compromising quality.

How the draw was run

The winners were chosen live on our broadcast using the HOBA Lucky Dip tool. The selection process uses the browser’s cryptographic random number generator and records a timestamped audit log.
